A reported employee of the private prison company GeoGroup was caught on camera running over a protester holding an upside-down American flag outside of the Delaney Hall ICE detention center in New Jersey, while other demonstrators looked on in horror before ICE agents fired pepper balls and tear gas to disperse the crowd.
