In Qusra, Israeli settlers have barricaded three Palestinian homes while Israeli forces attempt to evacuate families in the name of “security.” The father of Qusay and Yusuf Hassan insists his sons stay, fearing settlers will seize the houses if they leave. Residents say they’ve faced settler attacks for decades, enabled by a lack of accountability. Many see the current operation as for the cameras only, believing the settlers will soon return.
