Yemen’s Ansar Allah Houthis say a strike on a market in the city of Taiz, has killed seven people.
The Houthis say 40 others were also injured.
Government forces say they’ve carried out several air and ground operations across the city.
Military officials say the operations included air strikes and artillery shellings.
Taiz remains under the control of government forces but has long been besieged by Houthi fighters.
